Hi everyone,

This week we are having a movie & pizza night for our GSO meeting. The movie will be shown at 6pm on Thursday March 30th, in Wirtz 220! Please note the change in location- so that we have viewing capabilities! We hope that you are able to join us as we have a bite to eat and enjoy "Tuesday's with Morrie"

The GSO welcomes anyone to participate in our activities which are focused on working with seniors in the community, sharing experiences with other students and professionals, and generally learning about aging. GSO offers students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in preparation for future careers and graduate school. If you are interested in joining or in volunteering, contact us or come to one of our meetings.

Join the GSO to: 

•    learn about aging and aging-related issues
• network with other students and professionals
• take part in programs and discussions relating to topics in aging
• sponsor community service projects and support older people in the DeKalb area through volunteer activities
• support causes that influence public opinion and government policy
